We will show you how to make your own soft goat cheese in two simple steps. Although these steps take place on two consecutive days, it takes only a few minutes of effort for you to make a cheese that rivals commercial offerings at a very reasonable cost. And you have control over the salt levels and spicing to best suit your own tastes. We will show you both steps in the course and you can sample the results! We will also make homemade mozzarella and a delicious variant called burrata. This takes less than an hour, and the cheese never tastes better than right after you finish making it. We will also discuss a number of other fresh cheese products you can easily make at home and perhaps some more sampling is in order!
