Join Fellowship of Christian Counselors (FCC) at our April Training--the 3rd Friday of the month. We will ONLY be in person. Join Fellowship of Christian Counselors (FCC) at our April 15 Meeting We will be IN PERSON at Grace Pointe . We will record the meeting for viewing afterwards. Psychoanalysis and Christianity: Allies and Friends in the Struggle Against Idols and Illusions 1) To introduce the basics of psychoanalytic thought from original sources in Freud and the object relations school in the UK. (2) To demonstrate that far from being hostile to faith, Freud is an absolutely crucial ally in the Christian move from illusion and idolatry to insight into the revelation of God in Christ. (3) To demonstrate the breadth and diversity of psychoanalytic thought after Freud. (4) To show the robust evidence base for psychoanalytic techniques. Fellowship is at 730am. Announcements and devotion will begin at 745am. One  CEU will be provided (for 2022 members or those that purchase a single CEU ticket).
