The program starts at 5:30 with a networking happy hour followed by a seated dinner and a conference on COMPASSIONATE TRANSITIONS: Creating an environment of acceptance, love, peace, grace and presence at end-of-life. Free CEU for members (Social Workers and Nurses) The Gayle Wells Foundation for Early Onset Alzheimer's & Care was formed in honor of Gayle Wells and is dedicated to providing education, resources, programs, and training for individuals that have been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease, their families, children, caregivers, employers, and healthcare professionals, in an effort to create a consistent continuum of care.
