I have a studio apartment that currently has wood paneling nailed to studs and old 1950s insulation behind the paneling that needs to be removed and replaced. The job is to: 1.). Remove and haul away all wood paneling and old insulation for all walls. (Ceiling currently open to studs - no insulation) 2.). Install new insulation on walls AND ceiling 3.). Install new drywall on walls and ceiling 4.). Install 6 can lights (the new kind that are thin and LED) to existing light swtiches. (wiring mostly there) 5.). Replace light switches and electrical outlets with new modern ones. 6.). Replace sliding glass door with new one 7.). Paint all walls and ceiling 8.). Level floor and install new vinyl flooring throughout Area is approximately 500 sq ft. ONLY RESPONSES WITH ESTIMATES will be responded to. I understand you would have to come out and look.
