Have you been labeled as overly emotional or too sensitive? Do you feel other people’s physical pain and/or emotions as if they were your own? Are you easily overwhelmed by crowded places, loud noises, strong smells, and/or excessive talking? Do you tend to overeat in response to your strong emotions? Do you have difficulty separating your own needs from those of others?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions you may be an intuitive empath.
Intuitive empathy is the ability to experience other people’s feelings and pain as if they were happening to you. Intuitive empathy can be a great gift when managed correctly. But feeling other people’s feelings can be overwhelming and confusing, and many empaths suffer from mood swings, anxiety, depression, obesity, addiction, and chronic fatigue. This workshop is designed to give you the tools you need to be empowered by empathy.
