From Baltimore DPW: Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) Acting Director Matthew W. Garbark reminds citizens that Christmas Day, Friday, December 25, and New Year's Day, Friday, January 1, are City holidays. DPW offices, yards and Community Collection Centers will be CLOSED. Community Collection Centers will close at 3:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Trash collections scheduled for Friday, December 25 will be collected on the make-up day, Saturday, December 26. Trash collections scheduled for Friday, January 1 will be collected on the make-up day, Saturday, January 2.
