Position summary: The Price Simms Dealer Group is seeking people who enjoy customer contact and the satisfaction that comes from delivering excellent service. Toyota Sunnyvale is looking for a Customer Service Driver to be responsible for driving to customer's locations to pick up their vehicles for service and delivering them when service is complete. We are looking for individuals to drive customer vehicles safely, communicate clearly with customers within and outside of the dealership and use a GPS/tracking app to assure we keep on schedule. Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, management and co-workers Position requires working with partners, so you love being a team player! Positive attitude and friendly demeanor with customers and teammates essential You have comprehensive knowledge of driving laws and assure that you are representing Toyota Sunnyvale in the best light on the road and off Good judgment while driving You are reliable and your team finds you dependable Ability to use a GPS/tracking app on a company provided phone You are patient, understanding and pleasant when faced with challenges Ability to drive automatic and manual transmissions desirable Seniors welcome to apply Specific credentials include: High school diploma or the equivalent Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company and customer vehicles, as necessary. Responsibilities: Specific responsibilities will include: Pick up customer vehicles, safely bring them to the dealership and return them to the customer. Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, reinforcing Price Simms' dedication to their happiness. Relocate vehicles on the lot as requested and communicate any delays to the appropriate person at the dealership. Always abide by the law and drive in a safe and legal manner Be a valuable teammate at all times when asked to help on projects and other duties as requested.
