The demands of being an Independent business owner can make it hard to “clock off” from work. Understandably, many people struggle with stress and overwork themselves to the point that their well-being takes a back seat. Business owners who’ve been there before are sharing their tips on taking time off, setting healthy boundaries with your clients, practicing work-life integration, and more! The Coven Covid Policies: The Coven will have updated mask recommendations in both physical locations. Based on CDC recommendations, lower positive case rates in Hennepin and Ramsey counties, and guidelines at the State, County and City level, we have updated our mask policy. Our vaccination requirement, cleaning standards, and social distancing measures for all members, staff and guests remains in place. As of April 1st, masks will continue to be required while interacting with Coven staff and moving about the space including kitchen and bathrooms. When you are seated, you are welcome to remove your mask. Doing the most good in our community means assuming the most care for one another. Some members may prefer to interact with others while masked. If someone is wearing a mask, assume they would probably like you to wear a mask while in conversation, or just ask! Community safety is our priority, and like anything in the last two years, this update is subject to change. We will continue to monitor CDC recommendations, community feedback, and positive case rates in order to inform any policy changes.
