want guitar for just fun irish music

I'm a pretty good amateur having fun with irish traditional flute / guitar pieces - I'd like to just have fun with a guitar playing along - see where it goes I perform about $30,000 a year with my various solo shows (just my 'hobby job', I only work if I want to, have other sources of income) so I'm not a 'babe in the woods', I guess, and I just like to play for fun, but who knows - I know how to make money I guess, if I want I don't take anything that serious, but maybe a guitar would like to try some fun irish stuff with me what do you think?
