Ashley Haselton and Mika Groscost are young professionals and co-owners of Yoga House Florence situated in the heart of Seven Points. We've arranged a Shoals YP private yoga class that is free for members and $10 for those who have not yet joined. Reserve your spot on the mat and get those downward dogs ready!
