NORWICH, CT - A Norwich resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On March 31, Andylee Jones, of Norwich, purchased a 30X Cash 9th Edition ticket from Sam's Food Store in Norwich and won $30,000.
