Description
Green Quaker Parrot- My sister's doctor said Polly has to be rehomed because my sister (who is 70 years old) has lung issues. Polly is an older girl. Not sure the exact age, but she is likely over 18. She definitely prefers women. She is cage territorial, but a brave person can hold her if she is out and you can read her mood. She can be feisty and will bite if she is not happy with you. She has a lot of personality. A preferred home would be with a woman in the household that has bird experience and can spend lots of time interacting with her. Hopefully, she can live out the rest of her life with you. We just want to make sure she gets a great home.
She does says lots of things when she wants to.
She says, "Polly want a cracker," "Hey Baby," "Goodbye," "Pretty Bird," "Good Girl," "Come Here," "Step up," Peek-a-boo," etc.
The cage, stand, toys, cage liners, and bags of food will go with her. There is a very reasonable rehoming fee for the right person/s.
