SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, CA – See's Candies announced Monday the reopening of 11 Bay Area stores that were temporary closed in March amid the coronavirus crisis. The Peninsula-based candy maker had closed for just the second time in the company's 99-year history. It closed temporarily during World War II due to rationing.
