Missing shih tzu

My tan and white shih tzu, Moo Shu, got out and has been missing all afternoon. She has a chip, but most vet offices are closed. We heard from some people in our neighborhood she was picked up by a man in a small, blue truck with the goals of taking her to be scanned for a microchip.
