PHILADELPHIA, PA — A Philadelphia daycare was robbed at gunpoint on Friday afternoon, and pepper spray was discharged in a room full of toddlers, according to police and multiple media reports. The incident occurred at around 1:30 p.m. at Munchkins to Masterminds Daycare on the 5400 block of W. Giard Avenue, authorities said. Three suspects, including two men and one woman, were involved, according to 6ABC. The group stole an iPad before pepper spraying an area of the daycare where seven toddlers and two adults were standing, CBS3 reports. No injuries were reported. An investigation is underway. No arrests have yet been announced.
