Press release from the City of Fargo: March 30, 2022 The City of Fargo has prepared a draft version of the 2022 Annual Action Plan, a draft version of the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing and amendments to the 2021 Annual Action Plan for review. All citizens are welcome to submit comments at any time during the public comment period or at the public hearing. The public comment period runs from March 31 through April 29, 2022, with a public hearing scheduled at the April 18, 2022 City Commission meeting. After final consideration by the City Commission on May 2 at 5:15 p.m., a recommendation regarding these actions will be forwarded to HUD for their consideration and approval. Comments submitted by email or telephone are preferred. Communications will be received during the public comment period through April 29, 2022 and should be directed to either Planning & Development Department.
