The call for submissions comes as part of the city's participatory budgeting process for American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds, which will end with a public vote on proposals deemed feasible. Proposed projects included ideas for street cleanup, wellness support for healthcare workers, and investments in housing and rehousing.
