Looking to hire a maintenance man.

Thanks for taking time to read this posting. My name is Joseph and I own a small company that handles short-term rentals. We are a property management company and we are growing steadily. My current need is for a maintenance man but it wouldn't be a full-time job it would just be someone kind of on call who has a vehicle they could show up whenever needed I have a long list of like little items that need to get completed that I just cannot do. As you know little items turn into big items and then the problem turns into a nightmare. So we have to get this resolved. That being said should the terms work out correctly we could arrange to have this be a full-time position. Requirements for the job would be that you speak English, and you have transportation and tools. The pay would be per day which is negotiable.
