Job Description We are looking for people to manage staff at large events, including for sporting events and concerts! You will act as the main supervisor, making sure our operations run smoothly. You will have the flexibility to pick shifts you want to work. Responsibilities: Ensure workers are able to get checked in and out Supervise workers during the event and solve any mid-event issues that may arise Provide feedback about the workers and the event Basic Qualifications: Minimum three years of people management experience Minimum one year of event/hospitality management experience Proven guest service skills and a clear service mindset Ability to handle flexible work schedule requirements based on the nature of live events (including some potential weekends and holidays) Apply now by replying to this email with your resume and a brief description of why this position interests you.
