How much to rebuild or replace transmission in a 2006 Saturn Vue 3.5l V6 AWD?

gears have been slipping, RPMs racing with little or no motion, dash light indicating automatic transmission fluid overheating. Garage diagnosis reads "TCM/ transmission internal failure, pressure control solenoid/TCM failure." I am a relatively poor uber Lyft driver. Truck is in Macon.
