Immediate need for experienced painter handyman to assist owner with just-acquired condo complex in NW Greensboro. This is not an invitation for painters to bid. This is an owner seeking a skilled worker directly, with quite a bit of work--touch up paint, full unit paint, assist with cleaning and many needed repairs. More skills all the better--painting, cleaning, carpentry, repairs, sheetrock, tear out, flooring, etc. We will have plumbers and electricians and tradesmen, but the need is for an experienced, reliable worker not just a painter with a crew seeking to bid jobs.
Must be experienced, reliable, honest, self-starter who can work without supervision as independent contractor. Must have references. Must have own transportation, drivers license. No alcoholics; no drug users. This is a proposal for per hour work. Owner can provide some equipment.
