Description
Offering a free one-hour session to heal from an emotional trauma for a pro bono client. This session will remove the negative and painful emotion attached to the memory by a process using EFT tapping. This session is done via Zoom. Zoom accounts are free, you just need to sign up for one. EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, as founded by Gary Craig. EFT works much faster than talk therapy, and talk therapy doesn't always work. I'm a student practioner at the Center for EFT Studies. (This can be verified online.) I'm looking for a pro bono client who has an emotional trauma relating to something such as being in a vehicle accident, being a victim of a criminal assault or witnessing a violent act, trauma when learning of the death of a loved one, or a bothersome memory from something of similar experiences. Therefore, the trauma should be acute from a one-time experience, and not something from a reoccurring sitation. The session may take up to 90 minutes total so that I can give you an overview of how EFT works. I need just one more client to do a pro bono session with for my certification. Please note: I need to record this one-hour video session for my instructors to evaluate my skills. The session will be based around the healing of the specific traumatic experience. This should NOT be a memory that someone would feel ashamed or embarrassed to talk about with others. This would be a traumatic experience that you've already discussed with others, but that which you find is still emotionally painful when you think about it. The recorded session will remain confidential with my instructors. I will also give you a copy of the recording as yours to keep. For a pro bono client that volunteers for this, I'll give 2 additional hours of free sessions on any other topic(s) requested. NOTE: I do NOT work with clients concerning their 1) financial concerns 2) marital and/or relationship crises 3) weight loss goals. Acute trauma sessions have been described above. Long term trauma requires more sessions. I am not able to take any additional long term pro bono clients at this time. Weekend sessions are preferred and potential pro bono clients who are available on weekends for a meetings will have priority. If I get a handful of volunteers, I will take as many as I can for a maximum of 3 free sessions each. After that, I will have to charge a small fee. One of my future focuses in my practice will be victims and/or witnesses of violence, and individuals who have lost a loved one to a homicide. Please use email relay or send me a text regarding your interest. No phone calls.
