Looking for an individual/team or cleaning service to provide cleans to my 800sq foot two bedroom one bath beach home located in Manzanita, Oregon. The ideal person/crew is able to communicate promptly by text, has a reliable car, access to regular use of the internet and lives near Manzanita.
Regular tasks include: dusting, mopping floors, laundry, organization of cupboards, vacuuming, removal of recycle items and watering outside plants. Generally takes 2-3 hours to clean the home. Schedule varies and usually I have a few cleaners I am working with so people have the ability to work as they are available. Most cleans happen between the hours of 11am-4pm.
Also in need of a general on- call handyman who lives nearby and someone willing to do a some light yard work every few weeks.
