Northrups Custom Construction LLC Is looking to hire skilled workers, sub contractors, and laborers. We have a full schedule and are looking for people that are willing to put in the work to get jobs done and learn to do things the way we like them done. Jobs are warranted and must be done right the first time. We’re willing to teach you if you’re winning to learn. Skilled workers must have tools and transportation and must be skilled and dialed in on at least one of the listed trades. Pay will be starting at $18 and up depending on skill. Sub contractors must have insurance and workman’s comp and be willing to accept a 1099. You must be able to be given an address and description and be able to take it over from there. Pay will be based on job. Laborers must have transportation and be willing to learn the trades. No experience necessary but must be able to lift heavy objects and work at our pace. Pay will stay out at $13 and will be based off of experience and drive. Pay will be weekly in cash. If you can’t wait a week to get your pay then don’t respond as we will not give out advances. There is plenty of opportunities if you’re willing to work to get there.You are expected to work at our pace, pay attention to detail, and be willing to learn the trades.
