I am looking for an individual or a crew to do two jobs. First is to complete laying patio pavers. I have started the initial courses to establish grade. You will need to excavate ground to lay remaining courses. You may encounter roots. Area is appx 7' x 15'. You can start immediately. Second is to lay sod. Ground will need to be prepared first. Area is appx 150 sq yards. I will coordinate sod delivery with your schedule. I am picky, my kids say I'm a perfectionist, so I am not looking for a fixed bid but rather a hourly rate per person. I want things done right. Patio seams straight and pavers level. Sod with no seams. Paying in cash at the completion of each job. Please give me your rate and availability.
