I have a small roofing and construction business with lots of work this year and looking for some good help and I'm willing to pay very well. I'm hoping to find someone who wants to learn from two veteran roofer/builders and be part of a upbeat and positive team. If you have skills already, great, but if not, we are willing to train. And we do things a little different. We are mindful athletes, dynamically educated and we encourage positive and healthy lifestyles on and off the roof. We work smart and take time for paid yoga breaks, some organic healthy food provided and you'll get full access to our gym/spa, which also serves as or shop and place of business. If you're already an independent contractor looking to diversify or supplement your regular work, part time is available and we'll pay you more for having your certs. However, regardless of experience, if you're fit and durable, or looking to get fit and durable, we'll take you on, treat you with respect, and provide opportunity for personal and professional growth. Mostly in town work and some down the bitterroot. Please call if interested.
