I recently rescued a female black pug from a puppy mill. Her pups have gone to homes and now it’s her turn. The vet said she was 4 or 5. We call her dumpy ( due to the sad state she was in when we got her). Even in the state she was, she was the most lovable dog I have ever met. After her pups found good homes we nursed her back to health. And she is a healthy girl. She’s is a happy go lucky, energetic, slightly fat girl. Lol She is just as quick to play and fetch as she is to sleep. Not snorty or a snorer. For a pug that’s pretty amazing. She sleeps in a crate in my room. No problems. She is crate trained and loves her crate. It’s her comfy space. Truly a character. I love this dog and would keep her if I could. I have too many dogs and continue to rescue.
