Missing People

I am putting together a list of missing people in the Martinsburg/Berkeley County area. I am a missing person advocate and have not seen a comprehensive listing or a lot of postings for a certain group of people. Most people, when reported missing receive a certain amount of attention, and if they aren't found quickly, the attention is refreshed by either the media or law enforcement. The people who generally don't get very much attention are the ones who have a drug/alcohol addiction, are homeless or have a history of interaction with law enforcement. Sometimes, if the missing person has a warrant issued for their arrest and are missing, some law enforcement agencies will assume the person went missing because the person is avoiding prosecution. That maybe the case sometimes, but not always. If you are aware of somebody missing from Martinsburg or Berkeley County or if the person was from this area and was believed to have gone missing in another area please reply to this post. I am NOT from this area, am not related to anybody in WV and am not in law enforcement. I am just trying to get some information together to bring their names to the forefront and maybe bring the missing person home. Please provide as much information as you can about the missing person. Thanks.
