Booth reservations now are available for the Community Parking Lot Sale, to be held Saturday, May 7, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot of La Sierra Community Center in Carmichael. Have toys, household items, collectibles or just plain stuff you’d like to sell? This is a perfect opportunity! Booths are $20 for a 10-by-10-foot space or $35 for two spaces. The event is sponsored by the Carmichael Recreation and Park District and the Carmichael Community Garden, All proceeds from the sale benefit the community garden. Sign up early! This event might not take place if we do not reach the minimum booth number. For booth reservations or questions, call ; online reservations are not available for this event. Booth spaces are assigned at random, but anyone who wishes a specific space may call to check availability. La Sierra Community Center is at 5325 Engle Road, Carmichael. The Carmichael Community Garden is in its 19th year as a program of CRPD.
