6 mo old Bengal Savanah mix looking for home

Very active, playful, affectionate kitty seeking his forever home. He's litter box and leash trained. Kept indoors only, other than a garden stroll in our courtyard or Patio hangs. He'll literally follow you from room to room, sleep with you nightly (if you let him) and make biscuits on you any chance he gets. He's pretty well behaved, but has a very high play drive. He likes balls, rocks and marbles the most. Loves to chase the cat wand and perch in windows to watch birds. He gets along with other cats (& bunnies 😊). He is gentle and ridiculously tolerant of young/boisterous kiddos and is a really great cat. He is in need of neutering and his new home would need to get this done asap. I'm willing to wave the very small rehoming fee, if the chosen home can make him an appointment for neutering prior to pickup and provide name of clinic and date. I just want to ensure he goes to not only a loving home, but a responsible home. I was unable to have this done already due to multiple hospitalizations. I am also willing to keep him, until his appointment if that's something his potential new home desired. He does currently have a 6ft Cat tree with multiple perches and scratching posts, with a small litter box that fits into the bottom level. I can't give it away, as it was over 200$ but if interested can sell it for very cheap. And would include his leashes, harness, kitty clothes, litter box and toys.
