All you have to do is show up and provide your current valid drivers license so I can take my driving test at the Highway Patrol Testing facility. NO DRIVING NECESSARY. In order to receive my DL I must take a driving test with my permit. I am a new resident and I do not know anyone. I can offer like $10. Its all I have.
