Hello, Several jobs around the house need attention. - the deck has a couple boards that need replacing and support beams need reinforcement - the deck needs to be sanded and refinished - the kitchen chairs need to be reinforced/screws tightened they are wobbly - the air vent in the bathrooms need to be replaced - theres too much space between the pipe/vent that goes up and out of the attic through the roof, needs something there, it' let's in too much of a draft/water - minor drywall repair - possibly other issues too Please accept PayPal, gpay, or Zelle Please have a high degree of competency.
