Thanks for the read. Male or female is fine by me. The work isn't crazy difficult. Most of what it takes and what I must have is consistency. As of right now I'm looking for two people that feel like they deserve respect as this whole idea of a company is built on respect. I know craigslist is weird and I'll definitely get some scammers but I gotta send this out and hope the right person sees it. This is my 6th year in business for myself and I've seen a few pretenders please don't be that. If your looking for outdoor work, easy atmosphere, good pay. I know you won't be happy if I don't pay like you need but there are variables right? I could either see you in the truck with me or as trust is built, taking the truck I just bought and making more running your own route while I'm either doing a bush job or selling more yards for us. It's a focused relax over here and I really hope you like it to the point where the position continues to grow for you over the future years. I'm willing to pay for consistency. I'd say you should make over $100 a day but that's hard to do when someone comes in 4 hrs late.
