Found Dog " Hurt & NEEDS HELP

My friend found this old dog last night, 51st avenue and encanto or Holly area, it got hit by a car and they don't know what to do with it, he hasn't moved since last night he's still in the same place he's got food and water but you can tell he's in a lot of pain and needs his owners if you know anybody who owns this dog please call me.
