Looking to rent Vacant Land

I currently own two boats that for years I've stored for free on a vacant lot in the Monroeville/Pitcairn area that a family member owned. The family member decided to sell the land, and now I'm looking at unreasonably high storage fees! I'm looking for someone with vacant or otherwise unused land who I could pay to keep my boats on. Boats and trailers are fully registered, insured, and could write an agreement against any liability. Both boats and trailers are less than 5 years old and extremely well cared for. I'm just looking for a mutual beneficial arrangement: I have to keep two boats somewhere and want to avoid paying thousands that I would pay a self-storage place, and you have vacant land that isn't doing anything but sitting there.
