I need help with a RV on-board Generac generator

The RV has been sitting for a while and I'm getting it ready for the road again. First attempts to start the generator were unsuccessful. It turns over but did not start. Now all I'm getting is the solenoid clicking but not turning over. Can you help me diagnose the problem, preferably in person.
