Replaster and tile my spa

I have a small spa/jacuzzi in La Quinta that needs to be replastered and have new tile installed. There is 138 square feet of plaster and 25 feet of tile around the top edge. I want a darker blue plaster and I will pay for the tiles myself. Please provide an estimate or an approximate range of cost for this job. Price can be adjusted upon inspection of the project. Just looking for approximate figures of cost per square foot for plaster jobs. Thank you
