After Crash, Car Stolen In Annapolis: Report

ANNAPOLIS, MD —Police said a car was stolen from Annapolis on Monday evening. The theft happened after a crash damaged the car, an incident report noted. Officers said the insurance company was set to pick the vehicle up. When the victim went to the car to retrieve claim information, she noticed it was gone. The Annapolis Police Department heard word of the missing vehicle around 7:15 p.m. Officers turned out to the 1700 block of Belle Drive to handle the report. They said the missing car is a black 2009 Ford Focus. Its Maryland tag number is 0136475, police indicated. Have a story idea?
