I am a general contractor with a MA Unrestricted CSL. I am looking to work with subcontractors who may often have work that requires building plans or permitting in Western Massachusetts. I am offering permitting as well as drafting services. In order to work together you will need: MA HIC (Home Improvement Contractor) Registration from MA General Liability Insurance Workman's Comp Insurance (Only if you have employees) Previous experience with building codes and work on permitted projects.
