Looking for maintenance tech with a working knowledge of light construction, plumbing and painting.
Someone able to take care of maintenance for rental houses and turn key.
Will need to run work orders.
- Must be able to work unsupervised or with a crew.
- Must have your own truck or van and basic tools. (able to carry a ladder)
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, pay attention to details, be a problem solver and professional.
- Willing to submit to a background check
