JOY - Junior Orchestra of Yamhill County in a collaborative performance featuring the Willamette Valley Chamber Music Festival Join the Junior Orchestra of Yamhill County (JOY) After-School Orchestra program from Edwards Elementary and our friends from the Willamette Valley Chamber Music Festival for a collaborative concert event highlighting the performances of our student orchestras. Featuring prelude music from 5:30-6pm by George Fox’s Celtic Ensemble Sionnach directed by Dr. Kathleen Lavengood. Free admission and donations accepted. JOY is a project of the Yamhill Enrichment Society (YES) that is committed to providing access to high caliber orchestras to Yamhill County youth. The Yamhill Enrichment Society (YES) is a 501(c)(3) public benefit nonprofit whose mission is to transform the lives of Yamhill County children through literacy and music enrichment.
