logging/tree removal laborer needed

I own a small tree removal/logging company and am looking for a part time laborer to help load and chip wood into my dump truck. humping wood outta the woods and possibly operating some small equipment is something that would be needed as well. I will start at 20$ hr but if interested in growing and learning I will pay 25$ within 6 months to a year.
