Join us for an evening of learning & fun at our bakery in Vienna, MD where Caitlin will give hands-on instruction for all to learn how to make perfect pastry for pie. In a 2.15 hour block of time you'll make two pastry disks from scratch by hand, build an apple pie with lattice design to take home for baking, and leave with the confidence to continue making pastry for life. A professional self-taught pastry chef, Caitlin has a relaxed style of teaching that is both engaging and relatable. You will leave feeling inspired + empowered! Ticket price includes recipe card, all instruction, ingredients + materials, and a slice of pie.
