WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE - AGES 15 & UP We are offering 2 Women's Self Defense Classes. This class will be open to women ages 15 & Up. We will do a 1.5 hour self defense class, where you will learn some practical, easy to remember self defense and awareness techniques for your safety and protection. We have two dates available.
