Burton Manor Apartments is a midrise apartment community in Aberdeen, MD nestled in a neighborhood of quiet roads and Victorian Style homes. The property has been designated by HUD for the elderly and disabled and we pride ourselves on our ability to provide seniors with an affordable and comfortable living environment. Rent is income based and includes with the rent are trash, recycling and water. Our quaint community consists entirely of one-bedroom homes in a park like setting. Our one bedroom apartments are a cozy and affordable place to call home and feature individually controlled heating/AC, ample closet space, 24-hour on-site laundry, controlled building access, elevators to every floor and a professional staff. Residents will enjoy socializing with one another in the community room and adjacent lobby. Or, if eager for a quiet setting, relaxing at the gazebo along our wooded lot. The community is convenient to shopping and the Aberdeen Circulator Yellow Line picks up at our front door. The Resident selection criteria includes: -The head of household must be 62 years of age or older or under 62 with a HUD defined disability. -Maximum household income cannot exceed $36,400 annually for one occupant and $41,600 for two occupants. -Must have good credit, pass a criminal background check, have excellent landlord references and home visit. -Complete Tenant Selection Plan is available upon request.
