TKJD’s 1st Annual Dumbbells for Diabetes CrossFit Fundraiser
Teams/Divisions Format: 6 Teams per division. Teams of 2. Male Fun Division. Female Fun Division. Male Competitive Division. Female Competitive Division.
Workout Format: Every team will complete 3 scheduled workouts. Top 3 teams per division qualify for the Finals.
What’s Included: Minimum 3 workouts, food, non-alcoholic beverages, adult beverages, raffles & prizes
**Food will begin being served around 3pm.
Tentative Schedule
1pm – 1:45pm: Check-In, Welcome, Standards, & Warm-Up
1:45pm – 2:45pm: Workout 1 (All Divisions)
2:45pm – 3:45pm: Workout 2 (All Divisions)
3:45pm-4:45pm: Workout 3 (All Divisions)
5pm-6:30pm: Finals for top 3 in each division followed by a thank you tribute from TKJD along with announcements of standings, prizes, chinese auction and 50/50 winners.
