Found grey and white cat with collar

At around 5:30 on April 1st I saw a grey and white cat running around outside my house. He(?) looked scared and had a collar on with a bell, I followed him and tried to get close to read his collar but I couldn’t quite make out the phone number before he ran off into a forested area and I couldn’t find him again. It looked like the collar had a name that started with a B. If you’re missing a cat that fits this description I’ll happily provide as much information as I can.
