Freeform movement meditation for 90 minutes. Flow props welcome. Ecstatic Dance Flow Jam hosted by Julia of Tulip Tree Healing Arts Collective occurring at Unify Ballroom. Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey, held in a safe and sacred container. It’s a place where we can be our unique selves without distraction. The music gradually builds intensity into an ecstatic state and gently brings us back down. It is a dance done with no talking and no drugs/alcohol to support the ease of finding authenticity and a meditative space. This ecstatic dance is also a flow jam, meaning we welcome flow arts, i.e. poi, hula hoops, juggling, fans, Levi wand, devil stick, staff... Please only bring practice or LED props, be mindful of your space as well. We having rotating DJs, this month is DJ Wide Awake.
