In this seminar, you will learn the technique and form to deadlift under a barbell.
Coach Tina Tang of Ironbound Performance Athletics will coach the form and technique for conventional and sumo deadlifts under the barbell.
Students will learn the proper stance, how to brace their core to protect their back, and other important form cues. Everyone will practice both forms of barbell deadlifts throughout the workshop.
100% of the proceeds of this workshop will go to Ukrainian Jersey City who will be distributing the funds.
