Press release from the City of Portland: October 1, 2020 As of October 1,2020 the Portland CARES Emergency Income Payment Program has ended. Applications received through October 1st will be processed on a first come first serve basis until all funds have been distributed. Applications that are unable to be funded will be placed on a wait list, should additional funding become available. If additional funds are allocated to this program, we will publicly announce the program and details. This press release was produced by the City of Portland.
